I AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW:

• I will for no reason receive a refund on any of the sessions purchased for any reason.

• If for some reason a health issue appears my sessions will be put on held for 6 months until they’re lost.

• I agree to follow the meal plan and fitness routine given to me.

• I recognize a cancellation under a 24 hour notice will be taken as a loss from my sessions unless that session is rescheduled for another day that week.
